At Heather Lovig – Spiritual Health & Wellness, I hold each session with care, energy, and intention. I value our time and when an appointment is set, that time is specifically carved out for you. I make preparation for this in advance on my end with both how my day is set up as well as how I prepare myself energetically. Whether a client doesn’t show up or asks to reschedule last minute, the result is the same- I most likely won’t be able to fill that spot last minute. In order to respect both our time, I have established the following cancellation policy. Please take the time to read carefully before signing.

Policy Terms

1. Notice Requirement
   Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment start time, if they need to cancel or reschedule a session. For example, if your session is at 2:00PM on Friday, you must cancel or reschedule by 2:00PM on Thursday to avoid being charged

2. Late Cancellations  and  No-Shows

   • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel a session, an automatic non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged and cannot be applied as credit toward future sessions.

   • If the session is a “No Show” meaning you do not show up to our agreed scheduled appointment and  have not communicated to me through either text or through leaving a voicemail that you aren’t able to make it to our session beforehand, than $280 will be charged automatically to the card on file, which is the costs of a 1 hr session. This charge is non-refundable and cannot be applied as credit toward future sessions.

3. Last - Minute Reschedules

   • Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are treated the same as a late cancellation, where an automatic non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged and cannot be applied as credit toward future sessions.

4. Late Arrival Policy

   • It is important that you make every effort to be ready for our call at our appointment day/time. If you are late to your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply.

   • If you are 10 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and your card on file will be charged  for the full fee of $280.

   • If you are running more than 15 minutes behind then we will need to reschedule our appointment to another day/time and an automatic non-refundable fee of $150 will be charged and cannot be applied as credit toward future sessions.

   • Out of respect for both of our schedules, late time cannot be extended or carried over to a future appointment.

5. Exceptions
   Emergencies, sickness and unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed at my discretion.

6. Authorization
   By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy, including sending a payment to Heather Lovig through either Venmo or through her texted payment link. Come 3/1/26 you agree to the automatic charge to your card on file for missed or late-canceled sessions.
